They managed the whole project including designs, council consents, sub-contractors as well as budgeting and invoicing. It included a project plan with all the details, planned costs and payment dates. Rudy and his son Joel were really easy to talk to and the communication throughout the build was excellent. We originally looked at 3 different builders before choosing Pzzaz for our renovations. One of the deciding factors was that the owner Rudy was a builder whom we could talk to directly and who could advise what was and wasn’t possible so there was no dealing with any middlemen.
