Design your new home in 3D!

Once the basis for the new home is agreed, our team can create a 3D model of the house plan and allow you to have a walk through to visualise the layout. From there we can then make adjustments to the house design to ensure the final home design is exactly as you want it. At the same time our design software will provide an estimate for the concept to ensure that the new home cost is in line with your budget expectations before moving to full working drawings. If required, external designers can be engaged and all professional services such as surveying, engineering and consents are organised by your Pzazz Building team.

In the rapidly changing suburb of Fitzroy, the Hill family purchased a rundown property and removed it to make way for their eye catching concrete tilt slab home with strong lines and cantilevered living spaces. With spacious open plan living spaces opening out onto private outdoor spaces, complete with an in-ground pool, it’s exactly the type of project that Isiah loves to get involved in – a unique project that reflects the personality and living style of it’s owners.

Get an eagle-eye view of this 
new home's views

Following the devastating Christchurch earthquakes, Al and Jane were faced with the task of building a new home on their property in Lyttleton. The site was of a sloping nature with difficult road access but commanding a stunning view over Lyttleton harbour. 

A house design was finalised incorporating an open style living space maximising the views, open deck spaces to again enhance the view but also provide shelter, a home office space and living quarters including 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a second lounge/rumpus room.
Half of the upper floor sits on the slightly sloping section whilst the rest sits atop a double garage and an inviting entrance with a magnificent open staircase to the upper level.

This single story home designed by Marcio Kogan's Studio MK27, and widely known as the V4 Home, takes the indoor/outdoor flow to a whole new level. The site also brags of a brick floating staircase built on the exterior wall that leads to a flat roof. The roof provides a large flat area, great for summer entertaining. The glass doors along the full length of the house are retractable, bringing the outdoors in. Yet a functional modern fireplace centrally located, provides warmth when required.
