In 2003, the name Fix It Building Services stood for quality, service and a new level of trust in the residential building industry.
Two years later we introduced the name Fix It Renovations to better reflect the larger-scale home renovation & extension projects we were involved in. But the name just didn't convey the sense of style and flair we put into these projects.
So in 2012 we came up with a new name for that part of our business - Pzazz Building. The word pzazz stands for spirit, panache and energy - just like we do.
When you're looking for something a little different, something a little special for your home, look out for Pzazz Building and our logo that represents the aforementioned spirit, panache and energy

Managing Director
Pzazz Building is committed to our customers having a great experience and achieving renovation outcomes that deliver living spaces that enhance their lives.
The initial focus of the role is to work with our network members and their customers to create initial design concepts and once these have been fully developed produce rendered stills plus a 3D Video walk through of the proposed renovation to enable the customer to experience what the completed project will look and feel like. From there, Libby works with your local Pzazz Building owner to develop a budget estimate for the project.
James Saunders, Architectural Technician
The building process, even for small and seemingly simple jobs, is becoming increasingly technical with more building and planning controls.
To assist in this area Pzazz Building has an in-house architectural technician.
James has over 16 years professional drafting experience, working with clients, builders, architects and local authorities. James says “my challenge is to build on the initial concept and produce good quality plans and descriptions of the work. As well has assisting in smoothing the consent process these documents give you clarity and control over the work”.
Rohin Joyce, Concept Design & Junior Architectural Technician
The buzz word in organisations today is diversity and this is one of the many attributes that Rohin brings to our design team. Not long qualified following a career change he comes to us with both experience as a family home owner and a fresh outlook. As such he helps broaden our discussions when coming up with design solutions for our customers.
Skilled in 2 & 3D concepts, consent drawings and consent documentation he will work with you to ensure that you have a living space that meets your needs.
