When we've calculated everything required to complete your home renovation or extension project, we'll give you a written proposal in plain English and an easy-to-follow format that will provide you with:

1. A full Project Plan explaining all the work to be undertaken

You'll be able to clearly see what needs to be done and the flow of work so you can plan ahead for any activities on your part while the project is under way.

2. A clearly priced quotation for completing the project

Everything is included in the one written price so there won't be any surprises when your project is finished. If there is some part of the project that can't be accurately priced, usually because you have not yet made a final choice or the extent of the work cannot be seen until some demolition has been carried out, we'll include our best estimate, known as a provisional cost sum (PC sum). You'll also see a schedule of the deposit and progress payments required to spread the costs of the project into smaller amounts throughout the project.
