American Shaker Style Kitchen Renovation

When Laurel came to us her kitchen was in dire need of a renovation with plenty of Pzazz. The transformation achieved is truly impressive and inspiring. A shining example of how big of a difference a well-designed and executed kitchen renovation can have on your home.


For this kitchen renovation, the brief was to update and rejuvenate the kitchen largely within the existing footprint. Laurel reached out to Pzazz Building Kapiti and worked with Rudy van Vlerken on the layout and design until she was happy with it. The new layout maximizes the space and feels open and connected to the rest of the home. The material pallet pulls from American gothic and shaker style kitchens of the past combined with the modern and crisp lines that help it feel sleek and of the now.
