2. Renovate your kitchen and bathroom to make your home an entertainer's delight all summer      long. (Another masterpiece from Pzazz Building Kapiti and Wellington North. Click here to see      more images of this beautiful kitchen and bathroom and don't forget to 'like' what you see!)

3. With the current shortage of houses for sale and soaring prices, there is a very good argument      for making the most of your current home. Fortunately, there are plenty of ideas and                        inspiration available online and on TV. 4. Something we have all become very conscious of during lockdowns has been privacy and              having our own space. We don't tend to think of this as such as problem as the country opens      up and we can spend more time outdoors, but studies show that a home still doesn't feel like        a home if the occupants don't have enough privacy and space. Click here for some smart                ways to solve the problem.

5. Revitalise your home so you can revitalise yourself. Summer's great for improving your health and wellness by going to the beach, playing sport, entertaining and enjoying the great ideas – but have you ever thought about how your home could better support your family’s health? How about your own private spa, sauna or Tepidarium? What was that last one? Find out more here.

Who is your home built for? Traditionally, homes have been built for Joe and Jill Average and their family of 2.5 kids. But what happens if Jill’s elderly mother comes to live with them, Joe is disabled by a car accident and the kids leave home?
