  • How much will it cost to reclad my house?

    Depending on your homes style of cladding(s) and if it is one, two or three storeys this will vary. For a typical single storey 140m2 home clad in weatherboard the cost would be in the region of  $25k - $30k.

  • Do I need a building consent to reclad my houe?

    In the majority of cases, yes even if the new cladding is the same style as the one being removed. 

  • Why do people re clad their homes?

    Sadly a large number of people are forced down this route due to the construction of leaky homes. Others choose to reclad to improve the aesthetics of their property or to reduce ongoing maintenance.
